Have you thought about putting a fountain out in the pond? It would circulate the water, and it would add oxygen as the water splashes back down into the water. Are you gonna stock the pond with fish? Bass? Sunnies? Shiners and minnows? Man, I wish I had a pond on my property. Between you and LoJo, I am SOOOOO jelly!

for algea control of your pond, you may be able to get a species of grass carp that are sterile that you can purchase to clean the algae, duck weed, etc, but i would look into it deeply, being in hurricane flooding areas can allow for escapes, and unsterile breeds can turn into an invasive species quickly.

Just a couple of "points to ponder"; I presume the front and rear axles are going to be "geared" the same and you're going to have some kind of chain tensioner on both chains to keep them from jumping and skipping? Also, what about "Ackerman steering"? Is it going to be "true" all the time four wheel drive, or is one of the front axles going to have a limited slip collar or something similar? Just a couple of things that popped into mind while watching. Also, if possible put catfish and brim or bass in the pond. And don't forget to feed them regularly. Keep the vids coming guys!!!

Guys, you dont need an aerator, just put a buttload of live catfish and trout in there and let them do their job. If you REALLY need aeration a fountain pump on a solar panel just spraying water back into the pond and making it moving water turns it into something liveable. I know you have one already now, but for others who wanna try. Catfish are a great starter fish btw and they clean the pond naturally.

The slag on the edge of your cuts is called dross ....by adjusting amps and feed speed ...torch hight you can control the kerf kerf is the thickness of your cut ...use a hammer tap the dross on the edge of your part the dross will fall off and save grinding wheels

A live axel in the front will hurt the steering. the Torq will make the steering wheel hard to turn + it wont turn well

why don’t you guys make a push mower kart one of the self propelled ones but it still has to look like a mower with the deck and vertical shaft motor 💀just with some slicks

All you needed was a water fountain to aerate the water, a recirculation pump that uses the ponds water.

I dont think those rear shocks are in a very good location guys, they need to be more straight up

John, the duckweed on the pond doesn't starve the water of O2 if anything it helps keep the water cooler, which aids the holding capacity of O2 in the water.(having grown silver perch in my 4500 litre spa and in 1000litre tanks most fish like water temperature under 23c preferably under 20. It also helps keep the water clearer over time, provides food for the fish,it gets rid of excessive nutrients in the water, providing habitats for water insects which in turn feed the fish. Once you introduce fish Into the system it will start to balance out into the appropriate microsystem It needs to be as it is because thier is a lack of predation on the duckweed it is out of control. If you do skim any surplus duckweed off it is great food for chooks or animals, as well as mulch for the garden and an inclusion to the compost bin. Also it will protect any fish from being taken by birds If you want a bit of clear Area use something that floats like Piping make it into a circle and put that in the pond I would suggest reading this I pinched from a Web page for you 😁. Guy's I don't know how the workshop build is progressing but a suggestion for you, Buy 4 shipping containers let's say 40 feet each or 2x20s and 2x40 footers Draw a suitable square or rectangle on the ground and place one container on the outside of each side, the roof over the top doors and windows as needed, concrete floor and you have a new workshop and plenty of storage fairly reasonably priced, as you will have the middle for working the containers will help insulate so you would maybe only need to insulate the roof or depending on the use the containers as well Tony from Western Australia

Instead of welding just drill a hole through your connector tube and your cv axel so you can put a bolt through it that way you can service it if you need a new just mark and drill a new hole

Aqua shade is a product sold at tractor supply for algae growth in ponds. It's basically just a blue dye that reduces the amount of sunlight going thru the water. Maybe look into it but?

Why not drill though both axles and the collar and nut and bolt them together then run a bead of weld and grind it into a keyway for the sprocket then its all serviceable, just a idea to consider guys

When the water warms up enough in the spring, you can put tilapia in, they love duck weed. They will grow to harvest size over the summer.

any type of circulation will clean it. get creative make a waterfall on one end with a pump. just and Idea, if it has natural water coming in make a small trench and let it run. but he waterfalls sound better.
