Our built Trail Master MB-200 enduro racing mini bike is a fast mini bike with the Tillotson 225cc race engine and other mods. We decide to put it up against four of our other projects, including the Manco Dingo (with a 6hp Tecumseh engine), the Murray Track 2 mini bike (with a Tillotson 212R), our original built Trail Master MB-200 mini bike, and the Honda CB750 powered cross kart. It was an epic, competitive day with lots of racing action and crashing!

If you guys rebuild that Tecumseh, put all new piston rings in it and fine tune that carburetor (if you haven't already) it will run fantastic. I should know I work on those motors daily.

Hey boys I'm considering a brand new bike, what's the deal with the Storm 200? Better than my DB30s 212 or is this basically a factory swapped MB-80? $700 plus tax isnt a light price tag for a basic set up. I'm digging the 45 chain, the rest of the bike follow suit? I used to race speedway side cars like in my pic. We all got run over sooner or later . 2 guys to each rig 1000cc on alcohol, & no breaks. There not allowed. When we crashed the crowed went wild. Fun times.

IKE PLEASE HELP!? I bout a pugly with the same engine yours had originally. I cant get it to start. Its has a brand new battery and carburetor. It's getting fuel. It's getting spark. The air filters old put i took it off and sprayed it down with filter cleaner and I cant get it to crank. Almost like the kill switch is engaged even tho i unplugged it. Any advice?

Your biggest problem with that bike is the tires you keep losing traction and sliding out find something more on a motocross dirt bike tire pattern and you won't slide out so much

That 225cc engine falls in the "big things come in small packages" catagory,the engine looks tiny in the frame but,it has a surprising amount of power. I can't remember what y'all did to it exactly because it's kinda hard keeping up with every build,i'm pretty sure that it isn't even close to putting out the power you guys are capable of getting from it. I'm looking forward to seeing you guys build up the 225 in future videos.

That bikes advantage is the juggernaut clutch. I have not read comments yet but if they are not there they should be. Thats all i heard about this driver. I got one a week ago and told (lol) "i got the last one in the country". I havent even tried it yet because i cant find or get keystock to install it. But i expect my drag bike to pick up a full second and 7-8mph from what ive heard. Yeah i did an edit...after looking at the clutch driver it looks more like a real deal snowmobile clutch anyway so makes sense it peforms that much better. Your sled performance is more in the clutch than anything else

Probably a bad time to do it now but should do a series where you build a stage 4 212 or 420 with red beard garage and couple other go kart channels do the track rental in Virginia you did last year and do a 100 lap endurance race to test engine build quality and driver that would be kick ass series

Hey guys , wondering if you can make a episode about driver and driven pulleys. It gets complicated to figure out combinations that work. The Comet sheet goes from Black to Blue, 8 springs for driver.and then you have the driven springs and witch hole out of the 3 on driven. I'm sure many kart and bike owners will appreciate a video on this and you guys are the best for explanation
